NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Engineering & Technical Support – Weather Instrumentation (WX) SubsystemSupport.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SCIENTIFIC LIGHTNING SOLUTIONS LLC, 3340 NCourtenay PKWY, Merritt Island, Florida 32953–8312 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has beendetermined that SCIENTIFIC LIGHTNING SOLUTIONS LLC is the sole provider of Engineering & TechnicalSupport– Weather Instrumentation (WX) Subsystem SupportNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Kennedy SpaceCenter (KSC).The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and proceduresprescribed in FAR Part 12 for CommercialThe NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 10/20/2026. Suchcapabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis.
