Description
With this RFP CMHC is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-004269 Property and Tenant Management Services for Selected Default Co-operative Housing Properties in the province of Quebec. It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an Agreement on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for a period of up to three (3) years, starting December 1st, 2026 to November 30th, 2029. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on canadabuys.canada.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
