(1) Vendor needs to provide website UX and design services using Drupal content management system.– Strategic digital partner to support the planning, user experience strategy, design, technical planning, and implementation support for a comprehensive Phase 2 website experience– Conduct substantial discovery and stakeholder engagement to inform content strategy, user experience, information architecture, technical planning, governance considerations, and future scalability.– Provide audience and persona analysis, user journey mapping, governance and operational assessment, and recommendations for future integration opportunities across School and department sites.– Develop a scalable, user–centered information architecture and content experience strategy that supports usability, discoverability, and long–term maintainability– Deliverables may include a final sitemap, navigation framework, wireframes for key templates and page types, UX strategy documentation, content UX and editorial guidance, and photography/video direction guidance.– Design a modern, accessible, and scalable website experience aligned with best practices in higher education UX and digital design– Include visual design exploration and creative direction; UX/UI design for key page types and user flows; responsive design across devices and screen sizes; accessibility–first design; and iterative stakeholder review and refinement– Deliverables may include an SEO and discoverability recommendations document; metadata and taxonomy recommendations; technical SEO and search guidance for Drupal implementation; and recommendations for future–ready search and AI–enhanced discovery capabilities.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
