(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health insurance broker services to the government authority located in Sioux Falls, SD. – Group health plan consulting, employee wellness, cafeteria plan management, compliance services, such as HIPAA, with adequate background and experience to support their duties relative to the program.– Health reimbursement account, health savings account and flexible spending account establishment and management.– Obtaining quotes from and negotiation with insurance providers regarding terms of health insurance policies and renewal.– Employee wellness programs and employee assistance programs.– Life and long–term disability insurance programs and negotiations.– Self–funded benefit plan administration.– Alternative coverage mechanisms, such as self–insurance options– Benefits consulting services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
