(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design consulting services to the government authority located in Loveville, Maryland. – Provide architectural/engineering design consulting services for new and/or existing school construction, renovation, or remodeling on an as needed basis. – Services may include the following disciplines: architectural, structural, civil (onsite and offsite), mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, landscape, landscape irrigation, geotechnical analysis, signage/graphics, cost estimating, acoustical, audio/visual, telecommunications systems (data and phone), security systems, interiors, and testing/ inspection of soils, concrete, roofing, and steel. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
