(1) Vendor needs to provide WiFi system to the government authority located in Portales, NM.• Conduct a comprehensive wireless site assessment, including predictive modeling and on–site validation, to determine optimal equipment placement and coverage requirements.• Design and deploy an enterprise–grade Wi–Fi 7 wireless network throughout designated campus facilities, outdoor areas, and public–use spaces.• Replace or upgrade existing wireless infrastructure as necessary to provide seamless connectivity, improved performance, and future scalability.• Extend wireless coverage to include academic buildings, administrative offices, student support facilities, parking lots, courtyards, green spaces, athletic areas, and other designated outdoor locations.• Provide centralized cloud–based or on–premises management and monitoring capabilities for all deployed wireless infrastructure.• Ensure the proposed solution supports future expansion without significant infrastructure replacement.• Design, implement, and configure designated Community Wi–Fi Zones that provide broadband access to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and community members.• Provide secure public wireless access in designated indoor and outdoor locations identified by the College.• Configure user–friendly access methods, including guest access, captive portal functionality, self–registration, or other approved authentication methods.• Provide and install all necessary signage identifying Community Wi–Fi Zones and access instructions.• Implement industry–standard security controls and best practices to protect network infrastructure and users.• Support WPA3 Enterprise security standards and secure authentication protocols.• Configure network segmentation, role–based access controls, guest network isolation, and intrusion detection/prevention capabilities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026.
