(1) Vendor needs to provide ambulance billing and collection services. – Provide training, management, and oversight of the task of processing incident information, invoicing and collecting the fees for transporting Emergency Medical Service (EMS) patients on behalf of agency.• Provide a complete EMS billing and accounts receivable management system that will support the processing of agency’s transports by agency’s personnel and proposer.• Security and data management with the capability of establishing personnel access rights and privileges.• Web–based reporting capabilities supporting the management of billing and collection operations, as well as crew documentation management.• Management and oversight of the billing and collection processes, including feedback to agency’s EMS Administration regarding agency EMS personnel performance. • Training on proper documentation with regard to improving collections and compliance.• Provide monthly reports of billing and collections data to the agency EMS.• Provide all necessary software associated with electronic Patient Car Reporting (ePCR), billing and collections, including ESO and the ESO Health Data Exchange (HDE), ESO Alerting and ESO Personnel Management (PM).• Provide all the software package Varikko software (Forms Cloud, Scheduling Cloud, Time and Payroll Cloud, Inventory and Asset Cloud, Fleet Cloud, Survey Cloud, HR Cloud, Priority Support: Phone, Certification Cloud, eLearning Cloud, Skills Testing Cloud, Classroom Training Cloud, Quality Assurance Cloud, Priority Support: KB and Videos, Priority Support: Email, Performance Management Platform, Policy Management Cloud, Text Messaging–Add on).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
