Vendor needs to provide one–stop operator services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.• Update the OS partner strategic plan to align it with the agency 4 Year strategic plan.• Serve as a coordinator of the public one–stop partners.• Assist in the development of MOUs with non–mandatory one–stop partners as may be approved by agency. All non–one–stop legislative partner MOUs must be approved by agency prior to initiating any contact with the entity.• Provide or arrange for annual system wide training with a focus on quality customer services to job seekers and employers.• Organize and facilitate an annual one–stop partner meeting with the partner “decision makers” to agree on continuous improvement goals and objectives including the adoption of AI to improve customer services.• Organize and facilitate quarterly one–stop partner meetings with line staff targeted at continuous improvement and integration of partner services.• Using survey instruments approved by agency evaluate job seeker and employer customer satisfaction directed toward system continuous improvement.• Assist the partners in the development of partner pages to be added to the agency website that will connect to partner program websites.• Assist in negotiating the infrastructure agreements.
