(1) Vendor needs to provide academic tutoring services to the government authority located in White Settlement, TX. – Provide academic instructional tutoring services for student’s grades K–12. – The academic tutoring may be direct instruction (face to face) with hard copy materials, online instruction, or by computer– assisted instruction (CAI), depending on the individual’s needs.  – – Programs should include tutorials, small group instruction, individualized instruction, computer–aided instruction (CAI), and extended learning opportunities as well as professional development for teachers.– Provide teachers for tutoring within the agency area for students in various campuses to provide direct instruction to eligible students in reading, mathematics, science, and social studies.– Provide a local contact for each contract.– Provide instructional facilitators to work with data, assessment, and the teacher group and to design and deliver professional development and parent involvement sessions.• Provide a research–based reading program that includes aspects of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, phonemic and phonological awareness and other oral conventions of reading, shared and guided reading, and comprehension strategies.– Provide an initial skills assessment in reading that will be used to create individualized student plans that will be monitored, modified, and completed for each eligible student.– Provide quarterly benchmark assessments in reading that are valid and reliable; disaggregate the data and provide feedback at the individual student level to the agency.• Provide a research–based mathematics, science, or social studies program for direct instruction that includes the areas of computation, mathematics concepts, reasoning, problem solving strategies, and communication.– Provide a pre–assessment for eligible students in these academic areas that will be used to createindividualized student plans that will be monitored, modified, and completed for each student.– Provide year–end assessment.– Provide teachers materials necessary to carry out the research–based program including manipulatives, lesson plans, teacher manuals, and any other material necessary for the successful implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
