(1) Vendor needs to provide district planning consultant service.• Consultants to support the development of an overarching, county–wide planning framework to provide context and sideboard.• Support the development of an overarching, county–wide planning framework• Provide context and sideboards to support the development of a district–level planning framework• Partner with and support GIS analysis team, as requested• Graphic design services• Development of KPIs and implementation guide• Integration and evaluation of existing plans and policies• Assist with integration of existing management plans, unplanned acreage analysis, and resource–specific policies• Digital and analog engagement materials (flyers, survey tools, presentations, facilitation materials, and associated maps and technical graphics, etc.)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 25, 2026.
