(1) Vendor needs to provide NASA hub independent evaluator services to the government authority located in Colorado.– An Independent Evaluator to lead a threeyear mixed–methods evaluation of a NASA Aerospace Skilled Technical Workforce Hub– Scope includes rigorous quantitative/qualitative assessment of recruitment, faculty PD effects, partner engagement, employer confidence, curriculum relevance, student pathways and outcomes, and enrollment trends(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
