(1) Vendor needs to provide professional strategic planning support services. – Provide professional services to support the ongoing execution and enhancement of its existing strategic plan and strategic planning processes.– Maintains a mature strategic planning framework and is seeking a partner to evaluate, strengthen, advance its approach to organizational performance, benchmarking, change management, future readiness, innovation, and continuous improvements.– Assessment of the utility’s strategic planning, governance, and strategic initiative execution processes.– Review and refinement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utility performance measures, and reporting practices.– Assessment of utility’s benchmarking practices related to organizational, operational, financial, customer service, workforce, and asset management performance.– Development of recommendations, tools, and frameworks that support long–term strategic execution, performance monitoring, innovation, and continuous improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
