(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Montpelier, VT. • Providing with all the banking needs necessary in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility • Custody, accounting, and reporting capabilities (domestic and international), including book of record for assets.• Sub–accounting for investment funds and separately managed funds as well as a consolidation of all funds.• Online reporting and trading services for the State and our investment managers• Monthly accounting of all account activities and holdings.• Daily cash sweep to a short–term investment fund approved by the State.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
