(1) Vendor needs to provide survey and assessment solution– A secure, scalable, solution that supports the full lifecycle of surveys and assessments administered to incarcerated persons (IPs) housed within state correctional facilities.– Hosting and security preference for a vendor‑hosted SaaS environment with separate test and production environments. However, the solution should comply with state of state security standards and ensure secure data handling at every stage.– Survey and assessment tools provide tools for doc staff to create, update, and manage surveys; administer surveys securely to IPs; and automate scoring based on doc‑specified scoring criteria and algorithms.– The solution should enable doc to design, distribute, and manage surveys; collect responses from IPs; and automatically score those responses according to doc‑defined algorithms and criteria. – Provide flexible reporting capabilities, allowing doc staff to view and download scored results for analysis and decision‑making.– Solution deployment and configuration configure and deploy a commercial off–the–shelf (cots) solution that fulfils all survey creation and distribution, assessment generations, scoring, reporting, and integration capabilities.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
