(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in South Orange, NJ.• Provide money–management system for banking services.• To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Village cash–management program; maximize return on investment and interest earnings; reduce the operating cost of banking services; use current computer, electronic banking, fraud prevention, and treasury–management tools; consolidate major banking activities where economically advantageous; provide no–cost or low–cost banking options for Village employees where available; and ensure convenient access to banking services• Electronic transfers are rapidly gaining popularity• The Village welcomes this change.– While the Village does not mandate employee direct deposit, efforts will continue towardincreasing utilization.• Remote deposit capability must be provided• Positive pay is intended to be used as a fraud prevention measure• Interest is to accrue daily on all accounts and be calculated on the daily collectedbalance.• All accounts shall allow for unlimited check writing without fees• The Village does not require direct deposit of employee pay but does encourage it.Your proposal must include employee direct deposit without a fee per transactioncharge(2) The contract period will be for one year.
