RECY-7742 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - Motor Oil and Antifreeze Recycling Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide motor oil and antifreeze recycling services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Provide transportation, recycling and disposal services for all non–hazardous used motor oil, oil filters and antifreeze collected at 13 designated agency–operated transfer stations. • Collection and transportation services:– Pump and empty used motor oil storage tanks at designated transfer stations.– Provide appropriate collection containers for used motor oil, antifreeze, and oil filters, as required.– Collect full anti–freeze and oil filter containers and promptly replace them with empty containers.– Transport collected materials to authorize recycling or management facilities.– Maintain collection areas in a clean and orderly condition following service.– Provide routine and expedited collection services as requested by agency staff.• Collection scheduling and service response times:1. Routine collection services:– Acknowledge receipt of weekly service requests within one business day.– Routine collections shall be completed within three business days of receiving the agency's request, unless a different schedule is authorized by the agency.– Sites identified as approaching capacity shall receive priority scheduling.– Notify the agency promptly if the requested collection cannot be completed within the established service window.2. Urgent and emergency collection services:– For urgent requests involving containers approaching capacity or an anticipated interruption in public recycling service, the contractor shall respond within one business day.– Identify an emergency contact and describe its after–hours and weekend response capabilities in its proposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
