On-Call Architectural Services

The City of Bridgeport (“City”), through its Public Facilities Department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architectural Consulting firms (“Consultants”) licensed in the State of Connecticut to provide on-call architectural and related professional services on an as-needed basis when outside expertise is required. A Qualified Bidders List (QBL) will be established and will remain active for a base period of three (3) years from the effective date of the contract and may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year terms at the discretion of the City. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications and to request clarification of information submitted. The City also reserves the right to select or reject any qualified firm in the best interests of the City. The City shall have sole discretion regarding which projects, if any, are assigned to consultants selected under this RFQ. The City may also elect to solicit separate Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) or Requests for Proposals (RFP) for specific projects and/or to engage current vendors associated with the City when deemed appropriate.
