(1) Vendor needs to provide mediation services to the government authority located in College Station, TX.• The mediator is an impartial and confidential resource who guides parties involved in a civil rights dispute through a facilitated dispute resolution process. • The mediator does not advocate on behalf of any individual or entity but instead seeks to identify processes and solutions that address all parties’ concerns• The mediator will be available for up to 8 hours, (via zoom), to facilitate a discussion between the parties, identify core issues in the dispute, and work with the parties to arrive at a mutually satisfying resolution. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
