Mickey Merriam Field 8 at Magnuson Synthetic Turf Replacement

Project Description: This project involves regrading ground settlement and replacing synthetic turf of approximately 25,825sf (+/- 4%) for the infield, as well as regrading ground settlement of approximately 9,550sf (+/- 5%) and partially replacing sand-based turf for the outfield to create a gradual grade transition. Additionally, this project is to upgrade accessibility deficiencies at or near the playfield. The work includes but is not limited to replacing concrete pads, improving dugout gates and hardware, and reconfiguring existing benches for wheelchair use. This project also includes removal of vegetation and replacing gravel material for the existing warning track.
