(1) Vendor needs to provide professional affordable housing administrative agent service including marketing affordable units and working with the Township Municipal Housing Liaison to ensure compliance to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.– Must provide documentation which demonstrates the entity’s background and experience providing housing services and housing counseling; the promotion of the principles underlying the Federal Fair Housing laws; and applying and interpreting the state.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
