(1) Vendor needs to provide general municipal legal services to the government authority located in Union Grove, WI. • Provide general municipal legal services to capable of providing timely, practical, and cost–effective legal advice across the range of issues encountered by municipal government• Provide general legal counsel to the Village Board, Village Administrator, Village officials, departments, committees, commissions, and authorities.• Provide oral and written legal opinions and advice concerning municipal law and other matters affecting Village operations.• Draft, review, and revise ordinances, resolutions, policies, contracts, agreements, easements, leases, and other legal instruments.• Advise the Village regarding Open Meetings Law, Public Records Law, ethics, parliamentary procedure, and other governmental compliance matters.• Advise and represent the Village in planning, zoning, subdivision, conditional use, land division, annexation, and other land–use matters.• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on development agreements and other agreements associated with private development and municipal infrastructure.• Advise the Village regarding tax incremental financing, economic development, redevelopment, and related agreements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 7, 2026.
