(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Contractors shall be required to perform any of the following services as required at designated locations to maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the outdoor areas adjacent the transit system passenger stations: – Lawn Care: Perform mowing and raking of lawn areas to provide a neat appearance.– Weed Control: Perform weed whacking and weed removal to provide a neat appearance.– Insect Control: Apply products as needed to protect trees and shrubs from incurring damage rom pests.– Mulching: Top off mulch beds as needed, but no less than once per year, in order to provide a minimum cover of two inches.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.
