(1) Vendor needs to provide cross–agency planning and systems alignment service for coordinated system to the government authority located in HI. – Support statewide development of a coordinated system of agency. • Tasks and responsibilities:– Plan and facilitate an initial in–person convening and a series of virtual planning meetings with key state departments representatives.– Develop a shared governmental vision and goals for a coordinated agency system.– Develop a guiding framework for the provision of agency services.– Explore strategies for aligning resources to support the implementation of a coordinated agency system.– Explore strategies for the implementation of a coordinated agency system, including requests for proposals, data collection, and monitoring.– Provide ongoing technical support for implementation efforts for at least two hours per month during the contract period.– Schedule monthly virtual meetings with agency at a mutually agreeable date and time to discuss progress of the tasks and responsibilities articulated in this scope of work.– Provide a final report.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
