Second St and Fourth St Intersection Improvements

CML-5043(048 The City of San Rafael proposes to improve access to the non-conventional multi-legged intersection of 2nd Street and 4th Street at the City’s westerly gateway, where a principal arterial and a minor arterial roadway meets a frontage road and residential streets. The project limits include the intersection of 2nd Street, 4th Street, Marquard Avenue, and West End Avenue. This project will reconfigure the intersection and improve the traffic signals to extend the Cross Marin Bikeway, while improving access and safety for pedestrians.
