Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek competitive pricing on behalf of the State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General, hereafter referred to as the OAG, to perform a compensation analysis and market pay study. Contractor will compare thirty OAG position titles and pay bands to the same or comparable position titles in the Federal Government, State Attorney General offices located in Texas and Tennessee; Private Law Firms, with over 100 attorneys, located in Jacksonville, Florida, Miami, Florida, Orlando, Florida, Tampa, Florida; State Attorney Offices located in Tallahassee, Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida, Miami, Florida, Tampa, Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Fort Myers, Florida, County Government Offices located in Duval, County, Miami-Dade County, Hillsborough County, Orange County; and City Government Offices located in Miami, Florida; Jacksonville, Florida; Tampa, Florida, and Orlando, Florida.
