(1) Vendor needs to provide bacteriological water testing and analysis services to the government authority located in Sacramento, California. – Drinking water, environmental laboratory accreditation program (ELAP) to perform bacteriological water testing and analysis services on raw and treated water.– The contractor must comply with all State and local rules and regulations to perform water testing of samples.– Sample collection containers, preservatives, shipping containers, labels, custody seals, and chain–of custody forms must be provided.– Analyses and determinations must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with the current approved test procedures described– The test methods must be able to differentiate whether samples contain soil or fecal contamination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
