Vendor needs to provide communication systems integrated product team support services to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.– Support includes new engineering development and sustainment of current systems through the development and implementation of systems engineering processes.– Include to adherence to systems engineering technical review, implementation of engineering change proposals, integration, testing, configuration management, quality control, logistics, training, and fielding support.– Systems will range from to tactical networking, satellite communications, ground radios, and terrestrial high–capacity communications, tactical software applications and services, and data optimization and transmission over terrestrial and satellite communications.– Implementation of scrum or equivalent development philosophies.– Management tools: CMPro, Microsoft Project, Risk Exchange +, PTC Windchill– Collaboration: SharePoint, Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E), Jira– Software integration lab: Managing and securing a development and integration environment.
