Vendor needs to provide airport insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Winchester, VA.– The insurance programs and market the programs for coverage when instructed to do so by the Authority, including assisting the Authority in the completion of all applications, documents and gathering data which may be requested by insurance companies.– Provide the Authority with a summary of various insurance program options, including but not limited to, limits, coverage, retention levels, terms, conditions, payment options and self–insurance.– Provide analysis and recommendations as to the most cost–effective means for addressing the Authority’s exposures.– Perform and coordinate loss prevention engineering services, as needed or requested by the Authority.– Attend meetings related to the insurance program with the Authority staff and other parties, as requested by the Authority.
