(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential assessment, short–term counselling, crisis support, referral and follow–up services for employees and eligible dependents.– Services shall address personal and work–related needs, including mental and emotional health, relationships, parenting, grief, substance use, financial concerns, legal matters and caregiving.– Modernize an underutilized benefit through timely access to care, an easy–to–use online portal, practical work–life resources and an active employee and dependent engagement strategy.– Provider shall support voluntary participation and appropriate management referrals while protecting participant privacy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
