(1) Vendor needs to provide signal person rigging training service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Description of signal person training (3 hours) – Training will include the following:– Preparation/securing loads for transport– Assisting and directing safe load movement– Daily inspection/maintenance– Hand signals– Lockout/blackout procedures– Operation limitations and hazards– Evaluation and demonstration of hand signals(2) The contract period will be for one year.
