(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmaceutical services to the government authority located in Madison, WI. – Deliver a complete drug and supply distribution system.• Deliveries:– Provide deliveries to the facility each day at a mutually agreed–upon time. – Deliver stat orders within one (1) hour, unless the required medication is available in the facility’s contingency supply.– Include all new, non–stat medication orders in the regular daily delivery schedule. – Obtain any out–of–stock medications promptly and ensure timely delivery to the facility.• Develop and implement detailed practices for purchasing, inventory control, dispensing, and medication administration to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.• Maintain a comprehensive safety system for dispensing medications, including identification of all personnel involved in each dispensing function.• Maintain complete and up–to–date resident drug profiles within the pharmacy to support safe medication management.• Medication management, equipment, and communication requirements:– Symbols and abbreviations– Medication and treatment carts– Barcode scanning equipment– Medication availability and substitution– Medication packaging– Self–administration packaging– Discharge and pass medications• Record keeping:(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
