GIS-1917 - USA (Union City, Georgia) - Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping and Surveying Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geographic information system (GIS) mapping and surveying services to the government authority located in Union City, GA. – Consultant to support, maintain, enhance, and expand its GIS capabilities in support of planning, zoning, permitting, public works, public safety, economic development, and other municipal operations.– GIS consultant shall provide and maintain a mobile field application capable of supporting real–time data collection, editing, and verification of utility and infrastructure assets in the field.– Providing comprehensive GIS services, including data management, mapping, spatial analysis, application development, system administration, and staff training.– Currently utilizes GIS for mapping, spatial analysis, data management, and internal and public–facing applications.– Integration with third–party systems (e.g., permitting, asset management, records management).– Integration of GIS data with permitting, planning, and asset management systems– Creation, maintenance, and update of GIS datasets.– Cloud–based GIS solutions and data hosting support.– Development and maintenance of web–based GIS applications and dashboards.– Data quality control, metadata development, and documentation.– GIS consultant to provide ongoing and project–based services.– GIS system administration and user support.– Economic development and redevelopment analysis.– Development capacity and suitability analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
