(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed consulting campus and health inspector of record services to the government authority located in CA. – Perform the administrative duties of the inspector of record.• Manage the administrative aspects of various inspection groups, coordinating their activity and technical work, including deputy and special inspectors, third party systems certifiers and contracted commissioning agents.• Review of construction plans and specifications for adequacy and completeness prior to start of construction.• Review of project specifications for applicability of project and enforcement.• Participation in constructability reviews as requested by agency.• Cursory review of general contractor submittals and shop drawings for reference and use in inspections.• Performance of combination type Inspections, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility and fire/life–safety inspections as required for occupancy and substantial completion readiness.• Evaluation and assessment of in–progress construction work in terms of compliance with theproject schedule, project pay applications as requested by agency.• Monitor record drawings as required by the contract documents.
