(1) Vendor needs to provide common use passenger processing system and support services.– provide implement a reliable, scalable, and user–friendly turnkey, hybrid common use passenger processing system (CUPPS) for domestic and international passenger processing at ticket counters and gates.– Company shall furnish, without limitation, all labor, designs, project management, configuration, equipment, software, licensing, installation, integration, testing, training, documentation, warranty, and support required for a complete and operational system.– Authority is seeking a complete hybrid CUPPS platform that will allow for expansion of operations in future phases without replacing the base platform.– Provide a turnkey System that includes software, integration services, installation, configuration, training, commissioning, and ongoing support based on the individual components.– Authority will supply and install all electronic displays.– Must support at least ten airlines plus one test company for equipment troubleshootingand system validation.– Interface successfully with each participating airline’s systems.– The system must have a real time flight data feed. must integrate with existing Art of Context Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and the OAG flight–data feed.– Display airline branding, flight information, and airline counter status, including open,closed, and priority, at ticket–counter and gate locations.– Provide all software, firmware, programming, configuration, engineering, installation, interconnection, testing, commissioning, training, and closeout required for a complete system.– Provide detailed equipment and material submittals. The Authority may require a visual inspection of proposed equipment.– Provide an integrated solution to continuously monitor hardware, software application, system and database performance, availability, and system health checks.– The solution should provide an integrated automatic notification system to alert the authority’s IT department and other desired departments in the event of a system trouble, warning, or failure.– Ticketing:– Programming and switch–port capacity for 70 positions.– Concourse:– Programming and switch–port capacity for 55 positions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.
