(1) Vendor needs to provide customized vehicle maintenance curriculum training and testing service to the government authority located in Wilmington, DE. – Provide customized vehicle maintenance curriculum training and testing at garages–statewide.– Providing vehicle maintenance employees with specific and customized training on fleet of transit buses.– Provide one dedicated in–house instructor responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering customized training and proficiency testing programs – Responsible for conducting hands–on and classroom–based instruction, evaluating employee performance and technical proficiency, and developing or updating curriculum materials to support the operational and technical needs.– Provide a qualified, full–time instructor, to be located at a facility.– Provide the instructor with sufficient cross–training by seasoned on–site instructors upon hire and replacement of the current instructor to ensure reasonable success of the instructor.– Develop new training classes, with detailed curriculum, specific to fleet of buses. The focus should be on current and immediate future technologies that will be presented to our technicians.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
