CLEANING-12721 - USA (Palmer, Alaska) - Custodial Services - Deadline June 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Palmer, AK.– Supply toilet paper, paper towels, trifold towels, garbage bags and liners, and hand soap for the soap dispensers and all other cleaning supplies.– All floors are to be swept, vacuumed or mopped, to include carpet savers and carpet runners. – All trash receptacles are to be emptied, and the can liners replaced. – Dusting of windowsills, tops of cubicle panels, light coverings, air vent covers, computers and wall mounted equipment are to be conducted weekly. – All interior glass is to be cleaned, (windows only as needed). – Spot clean walls. – Sanitize handrails, door handles and light switches. – Refill hand sanitizer dispensers as needed. – Wipe down conference table and surrounding chairs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
