ACCT-26989 - USA (Maricopa, Arizona) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the County on an as–needed basis in connection with debt issuances, debt management, capital financing, and related financial advisory services to the government authority located in Maricopa, AZ– The contractor shall consult with County officials, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters, trustees, paying agents, rating agencies, and other financing professionals, as appropriate, to develop financing strategies that provide the most advantageous financing structure.– Develop and evaluate financing alternatives designed to achieve the County's objectives while minimizing borrowing costs and overall financing risks.– Provide recommendations regarding debt affordability, debt capacity, long–term financing strategies, and capital funding alternatives.– Advise and assist the County in evaluating and selecting the most appropriate method of financing, including competitive sale, negotiated sale, private placement, direct bank loan, or other financing methods.– Review bond purchase agreements, continuing disclosure agreements, financing agreements, and other transaction documents and recommend revisions as appropriate– Prepare refunding analyses, present value savings calculations, debt service comparisons, and recommendations regarding refinancing opportunities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
