(1) Vendor needs to provide clean vessel act grants services to the government authority located in Old Lyme, CT.– Clean vessel act grants opportunity for funding the construction, installation, purchase, operation and maintenance of marine sewage disposal facilities.– Provide federally funded grants for qualifying projects that provide boat sewage disposal facilities, both fixed and mobile, to provide convenient, high quality boater access to these facilities and to protect water quality and estuarine health.– Data collected shall include a completed quarterly and annual pumpout log, an annual maintenance log, and final financial reporting using the electronic billing form provided in the State contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3,2026.
