(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting service to the government authority located in Moncks Corner, SC.• Outreach Supporta. Assist the County and its Outreach Coordinator (The Asilo Group) with technicalcontent for the Community Involvement Plan (CIP), public meetings, educationalmaterials, website/social–media content, and stakeholder presentationsb. Support a minimum of six community/advisory meetings and related public engagement activities throughout the grant period.c. Provide technical expertise at meetings and help document community input forprioritization decisions.• Site Inventorya. Work with County staff and the community to expand and refine the agency siteinventory.b. Develop and apply an evaluation/ranking tool to prioritize sites for assessment,incorporating community input, environmental risk, redevelopment potential, andother factors identified by the County• Ensure all assessment activities comply with applicable federal and cross–cuttingrequirements.• Prepare two Site Reuse Assessment Plans evaluating marketing conditions,demographics, environmental constraints, and reuse potential(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
