(1) Vendor needs to provide public art project facilitation services. – Provide public art planning and general consultation, project area planning, project cost estimating, overseeing and assisting with calls for art and the artist selection process, communications, marketing, technical support, coordinating and providing quality control for art installations, and other related services for a variety of public art projects.– General public art consulting services:– Provide expertise for creative project planning:– Knowledge of a range of temporary and permanent public art installations locally, nationally, and internationally.– Knowledge of various installation mediums.– Provide logistics and technical knowledge for public art installations:– Site preparation needs and key considerations.– Primers, sealers, anti–graffiti treatments.– Possess resources to reach local, national, and international artists and experience matching an artist's expertise with the specific public art project.– Site and project evaluation:– Evaluate a site for the desired project.– Create site visuals, noting location parameters and installation needs.– Create and market calls for art:– Project description and background– Site details with graphics.– Artist eligibility and experience requirements.– Artist selection and communications:– Manage artist submissions and communications.– Create process for selection committee review and evaluation.– Installation:– Provide support to artists and throughout final design and installation process.– Coordinate installation approval process.– Provide project inspection and quality control throughout installation to ensure the installation matches the project concept vision and durability needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
