(1) Vendor needs to provide carnival operator services.– Secure a carnival operator with the ability to provide a fully safe and operational carnival including quality rides, games, and concessions for the county fair.– Period of each ride shall be a minimum of three (3) minutes, including loading and unloading time, when length of ride is controlled by operator, unless otherwise changed by mutual agreement– Carnival shall have all rides, concessions, food booths, games and novelty stands completely assembled and operable by no later than one hour prior to the opening of each day of the fair.– Carnival will provide a separate area, but within the general carnival area, to be known as “Kiddie Land“, that will contain rides designated to accommodate smaller children.– Carnival will submit a list of rides for approval 60 days prior to each year's fair(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
