(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness center management and wellness services to the government authority located in Daleville, VA.• Provide qualified personnel possessing appropriate fitness, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) and other relevant certifications to staff the facility.• Develop, coordinate, and deliver a variety of group fitness classes, wellness programs, and health promotion activities designed to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff, and approved guests.• Provide fitness orientations, basic equipment instruction, and guidance on the proper and safe use of fitness equipment.• Foster and keep a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all authorized users.• Conduct routine inspections of fitness equipment and promptly notify the college of any maintenance, repair, or replacement requirements.• Maintain a safe environment and comply with all applicable institutional policies requirements.• Support emergency response and incident reporting requirements following the entity’s policies and applicable regulations.• Track and report facility use, membership activity, attendance, participation levels, and other performance metrics as requested by the entity.• Provide customer service and member support related to facility operations, fitness programs, memberships, and wellness initiatives.(2) A mandatory site–visit will be held on November 06, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 09, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
