(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Sisters, OR.Task 1 – Project management:– Conduct project kick–off meeting.– Provide monthly progress reports.Task 2 – Data collection and existing conditions assessment:– Existing relevant water system information within the 2023 Water Master Plan..– Hydraulic models and system studies.Task 3 – Site investigation:– Topographic survey.– Utility locates.Task 4 – Reservoir design:– Reservoir size, structure, roof and foundation.– Inlet/outlet piping.– Overflow system.Task 5 – Hydraulic analysis:– Evaluate system integration.– Perform hydraulic modeling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
