Internet Access and Data Transmission Service at 100 Gb to Sam Moss Service Center (1780 Montreal Rd, Tucker, GA 30084) to serve portion of District. The District is seeking the following C2 equipment and services (see also attachments for details); please note numbers below correspond to table positions above: 1., 2a. & 3a. Approximately 1 Palo Alto PA-5440 firewall or equivalent and approx. 3 Palo Alto PAN-PA-5440-BND-CORESEC-5YR-R subscription licenses or equivalent. License may fall under Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance or Managed Internal Broadband Service. Please also bid 1 and 3 year licenses. 2b. Approximately 3 Palo Alto PAN-SVC-PREM-5440-R licenses or equivalent. Please bid 1, 3 and 5 year licenses. 2c. Time and Materials Maintenance for 3 Palo Alto 5440 or equivalent Firewalls. Please quote 150 hours and a $50,000 break/fix materials allowance. All hours and allowance to be used only if authorized by District during E-rate funding year 2027. 3b. Managed Internal Broadband Service for 1 new and 2 existing Palo Alto 5440 or equivalent Firewalls. Please include quotes for full management, monitoring, configuration, redesigns as needed, day to day operation, software upgrades, alerting, license management, manufacturer ticket opening & closing & maintaining the full use features & functionality purchased on the firewalls. Please see attachment for details. 4. Managed Internal Broadband Service for approximately 18 Aruba Controllers/Gateways (S0V03AAE). Please include quotes for full management, monitoring, configuration, redesigns as needed, day to day operation, software upgrades, alerting, license management, manufacturer ticket opening & closing & maintaining the full use features & functionality purchased on the wireless controllers/gateways. Please see attachment for details. 5. Time and Materials Maintenance for 18 Aruba Controllers/Gateways (S0V03AAE). Please quote 150 hours and a $50,000 break/fix materials allowance. All hours and allowance to be used only if authorized by District during E-rate funding year 2027. 6. Managed Internal Broadband Service for up to 468 Juniper Switches. Please include quotes for full management, monitoring, configuration, redesigns as needed, day to day operation, software upgrades, alerting, license management, manufacturer ticket opening & closing & maintaining the full use features & functionality purchased on the switches. Please see attachment for details. 7. Time and Materials Maintenance for up to 468 Juniper Switches. Please quote 150 hours and a $50,000 break/fix materials allowance. All hours and allowance to be used only if authorized by District during E-rate funding year 2027. Please see attachment for more details. 8. Approx. 175 LIEBERT PSI5-2200RT120N or equivalent UPSs. UPS must have included (not separately priced) network management card. Please quote installation as well, including rackmount. 9. &. 10. & 11. Approximately 1500 Juniper AP36 or equivalent; please include appropriate mounting brackets and wireless licenses, including all necessary AP licensing; Licenses/software may be IC, MIBs, and/or BMIC depending on a type of licenses and/or software, please bid 1, 3 and 5 year licenses. 12. & 13. & 14. Approximately 90 Juniper EX4000 -12MP or equivalent. Please include all relevant licensing as well as approx. 90 Juniper SFPP-10G-SR-C (MMF) or equivalent as well as any other switch component parts that may be necessary, such as fiber patch cables, modules, etc. Licenses may be listed under Internal Connections, MIBS or BMIC. Please bid 1, 3 and 5 year licenses. 15. & 16. & 17. Cable Management for MDFs at 16 Locations. Walkthrough may be available upon request. Please include pricing for various lengths of Cat6 and Cat6a patch cords between 6 in. and 3 ft. (Please see attached Scope of Work & Location List). Please also include all applicable licenses/software, shipping, installation, configuration, and any other associated charges to the quoted products.
