(1) Vendor needs to provide home reconstruction services to the government authority located in Sanford, FL.– Surveys, including appropriate spot grades, proposed and final grades.– Abandonment of old septic tanks, wells or drain fields if required.– New septic systems and wells (if required), sewer connections, water meter fees and relocation of water meter.– Contractor responsible to provide portable sanitary facilities for the duration of the project.– Provide and maintain a job site dumpster.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
