Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA system replacement project service to the government authority located in Glencoe, IL. • Furnish, install, configure, commission, and support a replacement supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the village’s sanitary sewer lift stations.• Includes local control hardware at each station, remote communications, a secure supervisory dashboard, alarm notification, historical data and reporting, and ongoing managed service provider (MSP) support.• Provide secure remote monitoring and management through a dashboard accessible from Village–authorized computers, tablets, and mobile phones.• Provide reliable communications between lift stations and the supervisory SCADA platform.• Provide alarm notification by text message and email, historical data trending, graphing, and operational and status reporting.• Establish an ongoing MSP relationship for system maintenance, software and firmware updates, backups, troubleshooting, cybersecurity support, and technical guidance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
