(1) Vendor needs to provide state facilities and construction supervisor service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Provide assistance as a State Facilities and Construction Supervisor.– Contractor will be required to interact with architects, engineers, and other specified construction and facilities management professionals, including the Finance and Administration Cabinet, to progress projects on time and within budget.– Contractor will be responsible for comprehensive long–term facilities planning efforts throughfacilities planning and six (6) year capital–planning processes(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
