(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health crises service to the government authority located in Washington. – To support development and operation of a regional 24/7 Crisis Response Center serving adults experiencing behavioral health crises.– To provide immediate, person–centered behavioral health care, delivered by a multidisciplinary care team, and to support individuals in establishing a plan for long–term stability. • Crisis de–escalation • Crisis stabilization services • Psychiatric and clinical assessment • Medication management • Therapeutic intervention • Case management • Peer support• Pre–Service Delivery Planning – Includes program development, operational planning, governance development, community engagement, licensing and credentialing preparation, facility planning, development of clinical workflows and protocols, and coordination with regional partners. • Interim Crisis Stabilization Services Feasibility Assessment – Assessment of potential interim or phased crisis stabilization services that may be implemented prior to completion of a permanent Crisis Response Center facility. • Program Operations and Service Delivery – Ongoing operation and service delivery within the permanent Crisis Response Center facility following implementation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
