24-017 Exotic Vegetation Management and Mangrove Trimming Clam Pass Park - ITB

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the City of Naples to obtain prices fromqualified contractors to furnish all supervision, management and labor personnel, equipment, and materials as necessary to provide exotic treatment and removal of nuisance species (Category I & II FLEPPC list) and navigational mangrove trimming for City-owned land (parcel # 19135001787) abutting Clam Pass Park ensuring the site’s ecological integrity is protected. The work area is highlighted on the included map. This linear parcel is approximately 1,000 ft long (approximately 0.3 acres) and it is bordered by Clam Pass Park (Collier County) to the north and a navigable canal to the south and has numerous exotic invasive species including large Australian Pines ( Casuarina equisetifolia ) and Brazilian pepper ( Schinus terebinthifolia ), that need removal and treatment.
