Request for Quotations (RFQ) Procurement of Office IT, AV and communication equipment for Territorial Social Service Centers Project Number: P504420 Project Name: “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) Financing Sources: IDA Credit No. 7555-UZ, Grant No. TF C4589-UZ Purchaser: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Contract Reference and Subject: UZ-INSON-RFQ-2.2.7-8/A - Office IT, AV and communication equipment for Territorial Social Service Centers. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) toward the cost of the project Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable People “Inson” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of Office IT, AV and communication equipment for Territorial Social Service Centers. The Purchaser hereby invites eligible Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Office IT, AV and communication equipment for Territorial Social Service Centers in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document. The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition, September 2023, and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Regulations. Award will be made to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive Supplier, in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFQ. Interested suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ documents at the address below during office hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday). The RFQ documents are available in English and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version shall prevail.
